Build up your stamina for REAL Run through our 12 weeks of suggested training programme for beginners designed by Force 21 to help build up your foundation as we work towards an ultimate running experience.
This programme is designed for an individual (like yourself) who:
· is able to complete 2.4km in 15 minutes
· been running at least once a week over the last 2 months
· can commit 2 training sessions per week (i.e. 1 on weekday and 1 on weekend)
· aim to complete 10km between 60-70 minutes during REAL RUN 2017
